The 2026 Louisville Manufactured Housing Show will once again be held in the south wing of the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) in Louisville, Kentucky. Located just 7 minutes from downtown Louisville, the 1.3 million square foot Kentucky Exposition Center is centrally located to everything you need to make your experience at this year’s show profitable. As we approach another year at the Kentucky Exposition Center, we will have dozens of model homes on display, educational seminars presented by industry leaders, and more than 150 exhibitors to connect with as you plan for 2026 and beyond.

As always, the airport is within three minutes of the show site and there is ample, safe parking at KEC.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This is an industry trade show. Not a public show. The public will NOT be admitted to the show.

ATTENTION: Please note that the location of the main entrance for the 2025 show HAS BEEN MOVED compared to previous years. The new location is indicated on the map above. The previous entrance will be maintained throughout the show as a secondary entrance.

Travel & Lodging

The Hyatt Regency Louisville will serve as our headquarters hotel for the 2026 Louisville Show. The Hyatt is conveniently located downtown, just minutes from KEC.

And the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) is located just three minutes from the Kentucky Exposition Center for convenient arrival and departure for the 2025 show.
