David Allen has over 25 years of leading urban community revitalization efforts. This has included 2,000+ housing units, $80,000,000 in real estate development, 9 years in municipal politics, and 7 years of land bank advancement.

David’s moved into a broader direction by forming InnovaLaB Development Group, Inc. They’re a nimble, responsive, experienced, and “innovative” real estate developer and consultant with a focus on delivering modular solutions to the growing housing crisis facing our various cities, counties, townships, and villages.

Rebecca Barth

Rebecca Barth – Manage America

Rebecca Barth is Senior Vice President of Manage America.  She’s been with the firm for 18 years, and in manufactured housing for well over 25 years. 

Along the way Rebecca’s held numerous operational roles in our industry.  Her unique operational understanding of the manufactured housing business allows her to assist ManageAmerica’s clients in implementing the best solutions for their onsite and corporate teams. Rebecca resides in Colorado but cheers for the Lions and U of M.

Jennifer Blankenship is a landscape architect and site planner from Rochester Hills, Michigan. She holds five degrees ranging from CAD Technology to Landscape Design and Horticulture, which ultimately lead to her professional licensure.

Jennifer specializes in Manufactured Housing Community, Residential Subdivision and RV Resort design. She has over 20 years of experience in the industry, most of which was obtained as an apprentice to one of the industry’s living legends, Donald C. Westphal.

Mark Bowersox

Mark Bowersox – MHI

Mark Bowersox is a seasoned trade association executive with experience leading nonprofits at both the state and national levels.  In his role as President of the Manufactured Housing Institute he is dedicated to elevating housing innovation and expanding attainable homeownership.    

He is a federally registered lobbyist and regularly speaks on behalf of MHI and the industry to a variety of constituent groups and industry associations.  Additionally, Bowersox oversees the Manufactured Housing Educational Institute

Frank Bowman

Frank Bowman – Illinois Manufactured Housing Association

Frank Bowman has led the Illinois Manufactured Housing Association through significant regulatory change for both construction and service since 2014. He’s a registered lobbyist and licensed real estate broker with over thirty years of experience in construction management and real estate development.

Frank has also served as a county building & zoning administrator where he advised county boards, performed plan reviews, managed inspectors, and handled public inquiries and grievances.

Michael Brown

Michael Brown – Rent Butter

Michael Brown serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales and GTM for Rent Butter, Inc. with headquarters in Chicago. 

With a visionary approach to leadership, Michael is defining the landscape of sales and marketing, propelling Rent Butter growth in diverse rental housing markets, including manufactured housing, multifamily, and single-family homes. Known for his innovative spirit, Michael has championed the development of cutting-edge products that embody scalability, efficiency, and distinctiveness.

Walden-Buttram

Walden Buttram – 21st Mortgage

Walden Buttram is the COO of 21st Mortgage. He has worked in the manufactured home mortgage industry for nearly 20 years. During that time, he has worked both in servicing and loan originations. For many years, he was a Portfolio Manager on 21st Mortgage’s Servicing Team before moving to originations where we he was most recently the VP of Originations

Tanner Buuck

Tanner Buuck – Yardi Breeze

Tanner Buuck has been with Yardi for five years and is a manager for the manufactured housing sales team. He works with businesses of all sizes to further improve Yardi’s offering of manufactured housing software solutions. 

Tanner was one of the first employees to head up the sales effort for the Yardi Breeze Premier manufactured housing suite back in 2019 and has helped Yardi grow market presence and awareness within the industry. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Concordia University Portland.

Shawn Carnahan

Shawn Carnahan – Adventure Homes

Shawn Carnahan is the Sales Manager of Adventure Homes.  Before being named Sales Manager in December 2020, Shawn was an Account Sales Manager managing all community business for Adventure along with a select handful of retail locations.  

Prior to sales, Shawn worked in engineering for several years creating production prints for the shop floor.  Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from BGSU while also spending his summers off working in the production facility.

Ken Corbin

Ken Corbin – CallKenCorbin.com

Ken Corbin has worked with over 4,500 community owners, retailers, managers, and sales consultants in all 48 of the continental United States.  His firm specializes in helping companies develop business strategies for:

  • Maximum sales growth
  • Financial fitness
  • Long-term profitability

He received his MBA from Michigan and is a former advisory consultant to the American Graduate School of International Management.  Ken’s also on the board of trustees of Habitat for Humanity and a Certified Management Consultant.

Victoria Cowart

Victoria Cowart – PetScreening

Victoria Cowart, CPM, NAAEI Faculty, is the Director of Education & Outreach for PetScreening. Previously, she was a direct industry member with extensive experience providing management and oversight for a mix of portfolios—including manufactured housing communities.

Victoria obtained her degree in the management of human resources, her industry CPM designation, and a certification as an NAAEI Faculty member. She is a wife and mother, and a passionate advocate for industry education, and pets and assistance animals.

Ron D'Ambra

Ron D’Ambra – 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty

Ron D’Ambra is National Manager for Manufactured Housing Programs with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. Under his leadership, 2-10 has successfully enrolled more than 90,000 manufactured and modular new construction homes in their industry-leading New Home Warranty Program.

Ron’s manufactured-housing industry experience includes being a licensed insurance producer with the Department of Insurance.  He also co-authored the manufactured housing warranty program administered by Zurich Worldwide Insurance Group.

Tristan-Farrell

Tristan Farrell – Rocklyn Capitalization Group

Tristan Farrell is President of Rocklyn Capitalization Group (MHC brand) and Sunlight Resorts (Luxury RV Resorts brand).  They are a large-scale developer of brand-new, upscale MH communities and luxury RV Resorts.Tristan oversees all day-to-day operations, secure financing, and manages development, accounting, and marketing teams.  He also macro-manages all third-party contractors, consultants, and business relationships. To date, Tristan has completed four large MHC and RV communities with another three under development.

Luke Foster

Luke Foster – Park Lane Finance Solutions

Luke Foster is Vice President of Park Lane Finance Solutions, LLC and has been a career advocate for the Manufacturing Housing Industry. He’s critically involved in associated Boards with wide ranging leadership in Finance, Insurance to Community Representation and Licensing.

Luke’s achievements include growing and managing multi-state businesses operations,
personally achieving multi-million-dollar revenues, being recognized for leading sales
and service teams to deliver growth, cost controls and always putting the customer first.

Logan Hanes

Logan Hanes – Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute

Logan Hanes is the Executive Director of the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute. He has a B.A. degree in Business Administration and has over 20 years’ experience in the home industry.

He is responsible for governmental affairs, zoning and land use, continuing education, and implementing the goals and objectives of the association.  Logan serves on many boards and committees such as Kentucky’s Housing Policy Advisory Committee, K4C (a construction career incubator) and SkillsUSA. In 2020, he was awarded the National Jim Moore Excellence in Communications Award.

Matt Heidelberg

Matt Heidelberg – Triad Financial Services

Matt Heidelberg is Chief Operating Officer of Triad Financial Services.  Previously, he was EVP of business development where he focused on strategic growth initiatives. 

Matt joined ECN Capital’s Corporate Development team in 2017, assisting ECN in its business transformation which led to the acquisitions of Triad Financial Services. Prior to joining ECN, Matt spent more than 16-years as a principal investor across debt, equity, and derivative securities with a focus on the North American financial services industry.

Tom Heinemann – MH Advisors

Tom Heinemann is a development partner with experience in multiple homeownership and single-family rental developments along the East Coast.  They feature over 400 homes under construction or in predevelopment.  All utilize manufactured homes built to Freddie Mac CHOICE and Fannie Mae MH Advantage specifications.

Tom’s firm, MH Advisors, also provides advisory services on finance and government relations including collateral standards for manufactured housing mortgage products and advising federal agencies on easing limitations on seller financed home sales.

Maria Horton

Maria Horton – Newport Pacific

Maria Horton serves as Director of Marketing and Regional Manager for Newport Pacific Capital Company.  They are a full-service property management firm specializing in manufactured home communities, apartments, condominiums and RV parks and resorts.

In 2022, Maria was appointed to the MHI NCC Board of Governors addressing the nationwide issues of communities in our industry.  She’s also the co-founder of the Women Advancing Manufactured Housing movement which mentors and recognizes the accomplishments of women in our industry.

Zach Huneycutt

Zach Huneycutt – Clayton Homes

Zach Huneycutt is national manager of community sales for Clayton Homes Building Group.   Based in Maryville, TN, he began his professional career in 2016. 

Zach has served in several roles, including Customer Success Manager at the Clayton Rockwell facility & corporate Business Development Manager for community operators. His previous roles have provided unique perspectives to help serve the industry. Outside of work, Zach enjoys golfing, hiking, & traveling. He and his wife Madison reside in Knoxville, TN with their two dogs, Layla & Lucky.

Lesli Gooch

Dr. Lesli Gooch – MHI

Dr. Lesli Gooch is CEO of the Manufactured Housing Institute.  Under her leadership, MHI has elevated the industry in Washington and secured a number of critical policy accomplishments for the industry. She currently serves on both Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac’s Affordable Housing Advisory committees. 

She has been ranked as one of the top federal lobbyists in the United States and was named one of HousingWire’s Women of Influence in 2022 and 2023. She was also a finalist for the Women in Government Relations’ Advocate of the Year Award in 2020.

John Lindley

John Lindley – Michigan Manufactured Housing & RV Association

John Lindley became President & CEO of the Michigan Manufactured Housing, RV and Campground Association in October of 2021, where he now leads the 80-year-old organization. He joined the Association after nearly nine years as a lobbyist with Public Affairs Associates (PAA), Lansing’s most respected and effective government relations consulting firm. 

John graduated from James Madison College at Michigan State University and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management at the University of Wisconsin.

Paul Lindsley

Paul Lindsley – Ritz-Craft

Paul Lindsley has 24 years’ experience with Ritz-Craft in its wholesale manufacturing operations.  He’s been involved in all phases of the company including Sales, Procurement Manager, Operations Manager, Divisional General Manager, and currently Regional VP overseeing all modular housing divisions. 

Paul successfully managed the Michigan operation through the housing recession. He’s played a pivotal role in product development spanning all geographic regions & customer demographics.

Brandon-Meek

Brandon Meek – MH Marketing Agency

Brandon Meek has worked in manufactured housing since 2007. His background in advertising and local marketing, specifically in the manufactured housing world, makes him an invaluable resource to community operators and salespeople who work with his company.

Brandon helps communities with design, search optimization, social media, paid advertising, and many other marketing services. He leads one of the most dynamic teams in manufactured housing; helping build something clients are proud of and generates the revenue they need.

John Lindley

Chris Nicely

Chris Nicely – ManufacturedHomes.com

Chris Nicely is President of ManufacturedHomes.com & ModularHomes.com. He brings nearly 30 years of expertise in factory-built housing and management.

Chris has collaborated with industry leaders, non-profits, developers, and municipalities to leverage factory-built housing for positive community development throughout the US. He previously served as Clayton Homes’ VP of Marketing and as VP & General Manager for the Clayton Communities Group, overseeing 80 communities, 22,000 home sites, and sales exceeding 100 homes monthly.

Ferd Niemann

Ferd Niemann – The MHP Lawyer

Ferd Niemann is a mobile home park owner, operator, and lawyer, as well as a real estate investor, financial analyst, entrepreneur, and attorney whose career has focused on a myriad of areas of real estate.

His experience includes mobile home park investments and turnarounds, retail development and redevelopment, residential investments, and real estate law. In addition to his investments as an operator, Ferd has invested in storage, apartments, restaurants, medical startups, and a handful of other ventures.

Barry Noffsinger

Barry Noffsinger – Credit Human

Barry Noffsinger, over the past 20 years, has worked in several capacities in the manufactured housing financial services arena.  Currently, he works as the National New Markets Catalyst for Credit Human Federal Credit Union.  

In addition, Barry currently serves as the Vice-President of the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute, a member of the Manufactured Housing Institute’s Financial Services Committee, Board member of Kentucky Housing Corporation, and member of the Board of Directors at Next Step.

Eric Oaks

Eric Oaks – Indiana Manufactured Housing and RVIC Association

Eric Oaks, on behalf of Greenstate Credit Union, manages all facets of manufactured housing financing in Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa. He also serves on the IMHA / RVIC board along with two terms as President.
Eric has also served as President of the Capital City MH Chapter and is currently on the board in Iowa. He was elected President and Chairman of the Midwest Housing Federation in 2022. Eric is excited about this year’s show as it showcases the fantastic work of the manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors in our industry.

Eric Przelski

Eric Przelski – Tammac

Eric Przelski joined Tammac Holdings Corp in March 2023 as the Senior Vice President of Sales. He sees the outside inside sales teams at Tammac. Eric is responsible for Tammac’s growth objectives as well as Tammac’s continued state and territory expansion both within the inside and outside sales teams.

Prior to joining Tammac Holdings Corporation, Eric was the Head of US Omnichannel Business Relations at Momentum Financial Group and led the US retail sales team and oversaw the corporate real estate division and the loss prevention teams.

Jack Reid

Jack Reid – Zippy

Jack Reid is Head of Growth for Zippy and responsible for finding, growing, and managing strategic partnerships and initiatives. Before joining Zippy, he was a private equity associate for 2 years at ECP — an energy infrastructure private equity firm with funds over $3B in size.Jack was recruited to ECP after 2 years as a high-performing investment banking analyst with Citigroup in Houston. Jack holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and earned his BBA at the University of Texas in the Honors Program.

David Roover – Quartz Properties Management

David Roover is Chief Growth Officer and a founding Partner of Quartz Properties Management. He’s responsible for land acquisition and entitlement for their homebuilding projects, building and maintaining relationships with factory and capital partners and seeking new and complimentary business opportunities. The Quartz family of companies is now one of the few vertically integrated homebuilders utilizing offsite construction methods at scale. This includes Quartz Modular as a General Contractor and Quartz Transport for home installation services.

Scott Stroud has been involved in Factory-Built Housing for over 40 years and Director of Development for MhCRM, a sales automation platform.  He’s also an instructor with LearnMH; an educational platform offering sales, marketing, and business training for the manufactured housing industry. 

A former VP of Marketing and Sales for a major home producer, Scott’s focus today is using current technologies to attract, capture and convert more sales.  He’s also the author of three books on manufactured home sales.

Jeff Tanner

Jeff Tanner – Fairmont Homes

Jeff Tanner has been in the construction industry for over 30 years with the last 20 plus years in the Manufactured Housing Industry.

He’s held several titles throughout his career, from Sales Engineer to Regional Sales Manager and is currently the Senior Sales Manager for Fairmont Homes, a division of CAVCO industries. Fairmont Homes is one of the few multi-faceted facilities in the country, building US and Canadian Modular Homes, HUD Code Single and Sectional Homes as well as Park Model Homes, all under one roof.

Doug Tollin

Doug Tollin – Skyline / Champion

Doug Tollin serves as the Corporate Director of Customer Experience for Skyline Champion. His roles include Manufactured & Modular Housing Innovation Leader, Digital Content Strategist, and Senior Marketing Professional. He encourages others to use creativity and innovation in championing the growth of prefab housing solutions.

Doug’s strategic view and industry foresight have propelled numerous successful housing projects, fostering transformative solutions for retail sales centers, land lease communities and builder-developers.

Chris Turturro

Chris Turturro – Cascade Financial Services

Chris Turturro began his manufactured housing career with Palm Harbor Homes in Bryan, TX in 1998 and celebrated 25 years serving the affordable housing market last November.

He moved from retail sales to lending in 2016 and has spent the last 7 years with Cascade Financial Services as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Offering both portfolio and agency lending products to manufactured and modular homeowners in 43 states, Cascade is both high tech and high touch, focused on continually improving the customer experience.

John Underwood

Over the past 35 years, John Underwood has focused entirely on the development of sales teams, training both sales and sales management personnel in the factory-built housing space. His monthly articles in trade publications covering a variety of sales and sales management issues are both well received and widely read.

John has helped thousands of sales professionals increase their personal sales performance. For his clients, Mr. Underwood has helped increase their sales productivity, some by as much as 50%+ per year for 3 consecutive years.
