EagleOne, LLC was founded 15 years ago in Chicago, Illinois. We have built our platform as consultants to assist the MH Retailers, Developers, General Contractors, MH Community Owners and MH Manufacturers sources financing for their projects. By acting as our clients financial consultant we are compensated by the borrower at the close of escrow. Our EagleOne, LLC fee is 50bps or 1/2 point which is very inexpensive for our services as EagleOne, LLC. As a team we are 3 people. We have access to over 30 lenders all offering different types of financing programs and options. Whether it be a construction or permanent loan, a site or lot loan, EagleOne, LLC has financing resources for MH Communities, along with large multifamily attached and detached properties. Our focus is to work with our clients, determine the type of project they envision, and then identify financing they will need from origination to final close. We collaborate with the client, and lender, to develop a structured loan programs tailored to their specific project . Either with one lender providing all the financing or a syndicate the project with multiple lenders participating.
