5 Star Metering is a sub-metering company that services over 86 manufactured home communities and 6,300 lots across the Eastern, Mid-West and Mid-Atlantic regions. Our field technicians visit each community monthly to physically walk each lot. We perform reading, billing and collection services for community owners, along with documenting our inspections with any observed water or sewer leaks. We offer install/maintenance services on sub meters as well as repair services on water lines. By visiting communities monthly, our community owner clients have a trusted partner keeping a physical eye on one of their most important revenue and expense line items — the distribution of water/sewer services and their associated financial recapture rate.
