The 60th Annual Louisville Manufactured Housing Show Open Jan. 30-Feb. 1 at Kentucky Exposition Center
Attendees for The Louisville Show can register now for what is certain to be a prime year at the midwest’s largest gathering of manufactured housing professionals.
In its 60th year, The Louisville Show may draw record crowds, so sign up early and make sure to book a room, too. The primary hotel for The Louisville Show is the Crowne Plaza, a short shuttle ride from the airport and immediately adjacent the event space. Of course, Louisville has many other great places to stay throughout the city, as well.
What’s Happening at the 2019 Louisville Show?

Manufacturer and service/supplier exhibitor space sold out about two months earlier than any previous year, signifying the great amount of interest manufactured housing professionals have in the industry’s annual kickoff. Organizers have arranged for 48 model homes for walk through. Representatives from many of the industry’s most notable builders will be available to answer questions. More than 120 service/supplier exhibitors are committed to showing the latest offerings, and a lively and informational education program with presentations and panelists has been arranged.
And, of course, there will be ample opportunity for networking with colleagues, catching up with clients and meeting new people!

Who Attends The Louisville Show?
The Louisville Show is a mainstay for all variety of manufactured housing professional from across the country. State associations from Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois use the venue for meetings, including an annual meeting of the Midwest Manufactured Housing Federation, which puts on the show. Builders, retailers and community owners also come to Louisville to show their product, see what the competition is doing, and meet with customers. Likewise, service and supply professionals — from home finance to anchor systems and interior solutions providers — attend the show to greet the thousands of attendees who are at the KEP to make plans for 2019.
