Mark Yost has served as Chief Executive Officer of Skyline Champion since June 1, 2019. Mr. Yost joined Champion Home Builders, Inc. in June 2013 as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. From November 2016 until his appointment as CEO he served as President. Previously Mr. Yost served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Severstal North America. Mr. Yost received his B.S. in finance and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Michigan.

Jim Ayotte has more than 30 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry and is the Executive Director of the Florida Manufactured Housing Association for the past 15+ years. Prior to joining FMHA, he was President of the Northeastern Retail Lumber Association representing building material suppliers in New York and the six New England states. Jim’s also been the Executive Director of the New England Manufactured Housing Association, Executive Vice President of the Ohio Manufactured Housing Association, and an Executive Vice President of MHI.

Amy Bliss joined the manufactured housing industry 32 years ago, working for the Wisconsin Manufactured Housing Association, now known as Wisconsin Housing Alliance. She is the Executive Director and lobbyist for the manufactured and modular housing industry in Wisconsin. Amy’s degree is in business management and communications, and she uses her communication skills to promote factory-built housing to everyone from legislators to consumers.

Frank Bowman has led the Illinois Manufactured Housing Association (IMHA) through significant regulatory change for both construction and service since 2014. He’s a registered lobbyist and licensed real estate broker with over thirty years of experience in construction management and real estate development. Frank’s also served as a county building and zoning administrator where he advised county boards performed plan reviews, managed inspectors and handled public inquiries and grievances.

Darrell Boyd has over 45 years dedicated to the manufactured housing finance industry. Boyd has spent the last two decades building and servicing manufactured housing portfolios for banks, credit unions, and Real Estate Investment Trusts. Additionally, he was the National Sales Manager for one of the manufactured housing national lenders for twelve years. Boyd served on the Board of the RV/MH Heritage Foundation and is dedicated to the growth and success of the manufactured housing industry. Boyd is Vice President of Business Development for CIS Financial Services, Inc.

Shawn Carnahan is Sales Manager for Adventure Homes. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Construction Management in 2015. Even during his college years Shawn worked for Adventure both in the engineering department (creating production prints) and the production facility during the summers off. After graduating, he was hired full-time in the engineering department, moved into sales in 2017 and in 2020 took on his current position.

Eric Coulter is Vice President of Sales for Cavco Industries and has over 17 years of experience in manufactured housing. He has a long list of achievements including being part of the team that developed the TRU brand for Clayton and Director of Sales for Skyline Champion. Eric began his career working as a trainee in a plant, moved into a sales position and eventually became General Manager for one of the Southern Energy plants in Alabama.

He brings notable achievements within the manufactured housing industry from growing and managing multi-state businesses operations, personally achieving multi-million dollar monthly revenues, and being recognized for leading sales and service teams to deliver growth, cost controls and always putting the customer first.

With his many leadership challenges, business ownership and achievements with Foster Enterprises, LLC, Manufactured Housing Enterprises/Park Lane Solutions, Clayton Homes, and Oakwood Homes Greensboro Luke brings 30+ years in the industry. Interrupted only by his passion for small business and North Carolina Theatre, he leads people and continues to be a major supporter and strategic consultant to that creative enterprise, prized by all North Carolinians. In his manufactured housing business he continues to build many connections with other vendors and providers that service the business. These relationships include many key companies in Construction, Finance, Insurance and Property Risk Management, Marketing and Public Relations. In 2016 the Speaker of the House in North Carolina appointed Mr. Foster to his three year term to the North Carolina Manufactured Housing Board, helping the organization continue to improve and be committed to the residents of the community and, most importantly, North Carolina.

His successes in Retail and Community Sales as well as community management have contributed to best practices that increase the productivity of staff and the satisfaction of clients and consumers. As such he has made valuable use of a diverse background in consumer facing and business facing commerce. Competition is a driving force held and sharpened from his team athletics and soccer coaching experiences. That competitive aspect of his experience led to successful business oriented and development ventures almost 30 years and kept skills development at the fore. A team sports mindset combines his skills from athletics to theatre to manufactured homes, a unique combination of passions that all serve each other.

His 30+ year successful career comes from every aspect of the Manufactured Housing experience. His contributions to the Industry has been both at the Board level as well as being instrumental in developing the skills of practitioners through developing the Accreditation system and delivering training to meet those accreditations.

Dr. Lesli Gooch is CEO of the Manufactured Housing Institute and has elevated the industry in Washington by securing a number of critical policy accomplishments. She currently serves on both Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac’s Affordable Housing Advisory committees. Lesli has been ranked as one of the top federal lobbyists in the United States, in 2022 named as one of Housing Wire’s Women of Influence and a finalist for the Women in Government Relations’ Advocate of the Year Award in 2020.

Jennifer Hall has served as Executive Director of the Mississippi Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA) for 27 years. She has been chosen Executive of the Year by the Mississippi Society of Association Executives. Jennifer was also named the Manufactured Housing Institute State Association Executive of the Year by her fellow peers in 2005 and in 2021. She is very active in our industry by serving as the current vice chairman of the MHI PAC Committee, past president of Manufactured Housing Executive Council (MHEC) and served on the MHI Board of Directors.

Logan Hanes is the Executive Director of the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute. and has an extensive background in the home construction industry. As Executive Director of KMHI, Logan is responsible for the governmental affairs, zoning and land use, continuing education, and implementing the goals and objectives of the association. Logan has been instrumental in developing the education for local municipalities regarding the updates and improvements of manufactured housing. He also teaches the continuing education for certified installers.

Michael Johnson is the Associate Marketing Director for 21st Mortgage Corporation. He began his career at 21st Mortgage after graduating from Centre College in 2005 with an Economics and Psychology degree. Before moving into Marketing, Michael worked as the corporate trainer, portfolio acquisitions manager, and as a Remarketing manager. Michael is on the board of directors for the Texas Manufactured Housing Association and also handles Central TX territory for the Marketing Department.
Michael lives in Knoxville, TN with his wife Amanda and 2 Daughters, Hattie and Charlotte.

An over 20-year veteran of the manufactured housing industry, Barry has worked in several capacities in the manufactured housing financial services arena over his career. Currently, he works as the Sales and Marketing Manager with Credit Human Federal Credit Union. In addition, Barry currently serves as the Vice-President of the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute, a member of the Manufactured Housing Institute’s Financial Services Committee, Board member of Kentucky Housing Corporation, and member of the Board of Directors at Next Step among other organizational participation. Barry is a graduate of the University of Kentucky holding degrees in Business Management, Marketing, and Agriculture Economics. His hobbies include gardening and attending University of Kentucky sporting events. Barry currently resides in Lexington, KY with his wife of 24 years Liz, and their Labrador Matilda. His son Grant is currently a graduate intern with the Rocket City Trash Pandas.

Eric Oaks started in the industry in 1994 at Safeway Corp. where he was the credit and collections manager. He moved to the CIT Group and managed floor-planning for multiple states. He also worked at Greenpoint as a Loss Mitigation – Remarketer. Eric is currently with GreenState Credit Union after its merger with Oxford Bank & Trust. He manages all facets of manufactured housing financing in Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa. Eric currently serves on the IMHA / RVIC board as its past President. He has served two terms as President of the IMHA-RVIC and has been on the board for more than 15 years. He has also served as President of the Capital City MH Chapter and is currently on the board in Iowa. He is in his second term. Eric was elected President and Chairman of the Midwest Housing Federation in 2022. This will be his first year serving since bringing back the Louisville show after three years. He believes this year will be an amazing comeback for both its participants and attendees alike.

Byron Stroud is director of community sales for Skyline Champion Corp. He serves on the board of directors for the state association in Michigan and is on the board for the Midwest Manufactured Housing Federation, which organizes The Louisville Show.
Byron also serves on the task force for the Florida association’s workforce development initiatives. He has a strong background in sales and marketing, having worked with Champion Homes for more than 20 years prior to the Skyline merger, as well as a decade with Fleetwood Homes.

Previous to joining Triad, Jose lead Fannie Mae’s Duty to Serve initiatives for Manufactured Housing Communities.
